At LICC Canada, we have streamlined our ministries and departments into six key areas to serve our congregation and community better

Worship and Spiritual Development

This ministry encompasses our Choir, Ushering, and Sanctuary teams, focusing on creating a spiritually enriching environment during services and events. It also includes the Media, Sound, and IT departments, ensuring a seamless worship experience, both in-person and online.

Education and Discipleship

The Education and Discipleship ministry includes our Light Impact Academy (LIMA). LIMA is a primary organ of LICC, a stage-by-stage process of turning raw materials into finished products fit for God at this end time. LIMA transforms lives and moulds believers into empowered, integral followers of Christ.

Our structured program includes Membership, Maturity, Ministry, and Mission classes, each designed to deepen your faith and prepare you for service. Also, training programs, which help to be equipped and become a better version of their life, and the Bible Study group, which nurtures spiritual growth and understanding through structured biblical teachings and discussions.

Outreach and Evangelism

Combining the efforts of our Evangelism and Intercessory teams, this ministry is focused on reaching out to the broader community, spreading the message of hope and faith, and praying for the needs of both our members and the larger community.

Family and Youth Engagement

This area includes ministries focused on different age groups and family structures, such as the King's Daughters, Teenagers, and also youth & Singles programs. It aims to strengthen relationships, family bonds and cater to the spiritual needs of all age groups within the church.

Community Service and Welfare

Bringing together the Welfare, Marshal, and Creativity departments, this ministry serves the community and supports those in need. It includes various welfare programs, charity events, and community development projects.

Administration and Support Services

Encompassing Publicity/Public Relations, Protocol, Security/Surveillance, and technical support, this ministry ensures the smooth operation of church activities and events. It also handles the church's communication and safety protocols.
