Current Opportunities
1. Montreal - French Service
Open Position: Missionary Pastor
Responsibilities
- Provide spiritual leadership to the local assembly.
- Preach and teach the Word of God in French.
- Disciple and nurture new believers through biblical teaching and counselling.
- Coordinate worship services, prayer meetings, evangelism, and church programs.
- Provide pastoral care to members and visitors.
- Work closely with the District Head to implement the ministry’s vision and objectives.
2. Calgary - English Service
Open Positions: Missionary Pastor
Responsibilities
- Lead the church’s spiritual and administrative activities.
- Preach and teach the Word of God faithfully.
- Shepherd, disciple, and mentor church members.
- Organize church services, outreaches, and prayer meetings.
- Provide biblical counselling and pastoral care.
- Submit regular ministry reports to the District Head.
Open Positions: Pianist
Responsibilities
- Provide instrumental accompaniment during worship services and church events.
- Work closely with the worship team to prepare for services and special programs.
- Attend rehearsals and ministry meetings as required.
- Maintain a spirit of excellence and reverence during worship.
- Support the overall worship ministry of the church.
3. Toronto - English Service
Open Position: Missionary Evangelist
Responsibilities
- Lead evangelistic outreaches and soul-winning initiatives.
- Share the Gospel through personal and community evangelism.
- Follow up with new converts and assist in their spiritual growth.
- Support church programs and discipleship activities.
- Encourage members to actively participate in evangelism.
- Work with church leadership to expand the ministry’s outreach.
4. Edmonton - English Service
Open Position: Youth Pastor
Responsibilities
- Provide spiritual leadership to the youth ministry.
- Organize youth services, Bible studies, prayer meetings, and outreach programs.
- Mentor and disciple young people in their Christian walk.
- Encourage youth participation in church activities and leadership.
- Provide biblical counselling and guidance to young members.
- Work closely with the senior leadership to develop the youth ministry.
5. Winnipeg – English Service
Open Positions: Pastor (Naming Ceremonies and Pastoral Ministries)
Responsibilities
- Conduct naming ceremonies and other assigned pastoral duties.
- Minister God’s Word during church services and special occasions.
- Provide pastoral care, counselling, and visitation.
- Assist with discipleship, follow-up, and member care.
- Support the overall vision and mission of LICC Canada.
Open Positions: Family Support Worker
Responsibilities
- Provide care and practical support to individuals and families within the church community.
- Assist families in accessing church support programs and resources.
- Offer guidance and encouragement while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support family-focused events and community outreach initiatives.
- Work closely with church leadership to strengthen family life within the congregation
